AN ACT REVISING THE BOAT REGISTRATION REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reinstate the boat registration revenue sharing program such that fifty per cent of such revenues go to the state and fifty per cent of such revenues go to the applicable municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To reinstate the "fifty-fifty" boat registration revenue sharing program.
