AN ACT REQUIRING THE IMPROVEMENT AND EXPEDITING OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION'S PERMIT AND APPLICATION PROCESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to improve and expedite its processes for permits and other applications.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce excessively burdensome regulations and improve the LEAN process.
