AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE SALES TAX FOR NONPRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-412 of the general statutes be amended to restore the sales tax exemption for nonprescription drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt over-the-counter drugs from the sales tax.
