AN ACT CONCERNING THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT TAXES FOR TEMPORARY REGISTRATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow dealers to issue temporary registrations without first paying all delinquent local taxes.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow dealers to issue temporary registrations without the necessity of having all delinquent local taxes paid.
