AN ACT CONVEYING A PARCEL OF LAND TO THE CITY OF NEW BRITAIN FOR A PUBLIC PARK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That fifteen acres located between Route 9 and the border of the city of New Britain be conveyed to the city of New Britain for public park purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To convey a parcel of state land to the city of New Britain.
