AN ACT CONVEYING A PARCEL OF LAND TO THE CITY OF NEW BRITAIN FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a parcel of land located in the city of New Britain that is bordered by Main Street, East Main Street, Route 72 and the on ramp to Route 72 be conveyed to the city of New Britain for economic development purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To convey a parcel of land to the city of New Britain for economic development purposes.
