2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to remove the Office of State Ethics, the State Elections Enforcement Commission and the Freedom of Information Commission from the Office of Government Accountability and to reestablish them as independent agencies.
