AN ACT REQUIRING STATE AGENCIES TO HONOR PROBATE COURT DECREES, RULINGS OR ORDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all state agencies to honor probate court decrees, rulings or orders.
Statement of Purpose:
To require state agencies to honor probate court decrees, rulings or orders.
