| 25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver pursuant to section 29-36f of the general statutes and thereby require a person who purchases a pistol or revolver to first obtain a state permit to carry a pistol or revolver pursuant to section 29-28 of the general statutes. | |
