AN ACT LIMITING THE USE OF REVENUE RECEIVED FOR TRANSPORTATION FEES TO TRANSPORTATION PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that any revenue received for transportation fees be used only for transportation improvements or expenses.
Statement of Purpose:
To restrict the use of transportation fee revenue to transportation purposes.
