2323 AN ACT CONCERNING THE KNOWLEDGE TEST REQUIRED FOR ISSUANCE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE.

2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2727 That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to include thirty-five questions on the knowledge test taken by applicants for a motor vehicle operator's license and to provide that any such applicant who answers twenty-five or more of such questions correctly shall receive a passing score on such test.
