AN ACT CONCERNING THE INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC SAFETY GATES AT A RAILROAD CROSSING IN WEST REDDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to install automatic safety gates at the railroad crossing on Long Ridge Road in West Redding.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve public safety by installing automatic safety gates at the rail crossing on Long Ridge Road in West Redding.
