2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2727 That the general statutes be amended to allow any municipality, upon approval by such municipality's chief executive officer and legislative body, to use traffic enforcement photographers to enforce the provisions of section 14-296aa of the general statutes, concerning distracted driving and the prohibited use of mobile telephones and electronic devices by motor vehicle operators, within such municipality.
