2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2013) (a) The sum of five million dollars is appropriated to the Department of Transportation, from the Special Transportation Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, for the purpose of providing matching grants to municipalities for demand-responsive transportation for elderly persons and persons with disabilities pursuant to section 13b-38bb of the general statutes.
