AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF INCENTIVES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FULL-DAY KINDERGARTEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to create incentives for local and regional boards of education to establish full-day kindergarten.
Statement of Purpose:
To create incentive for towns to establish full-day kindergarten.
