AN ACT CONCERNING THE TOP MARGINAL INCOME TAX RATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to increase the top income tax rate from six and seven-tenths per cent to six and nine-tenths per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase top marginal income tax rate from 6.7 per cent to 6.9 per cent.
