AN ACT CONCERNING THE TRAINING OF POLL WORKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 146 of the general statutes be amended to require that each poll worker be trained at least once a year, but not prior to each election if such training session would result in a poll worker being trained for a second time in a calendar year.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that each poll worker be trained only once during a calendar year.
