AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for first-time home buyers that mirrors the federal First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the purchase of homes in the state.
