27 | 27 | That the general statutes be amended to (1) allow individuals required to register as sexual offenders with the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection to appeal such registration requirement, and (2) prohibit parole officers from registering parolees as sexual offenders unless specifically authorized to do so by the Board of Pardons and Parole. | |
