AN ACT CONCERNING ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF ZONING BOARDS OF APPEALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow greater participation by alternate members in meetings of zoning boards of appeals.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a greater role for alternate members of zoning boards of appeals.
