AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR RESTACKING THE FUEL CELL AT SOUTH WINDSOR HIGH SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of four hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the Department of Economic and Community Development from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013, for the purpose of restacking the fuel cell at South Windsor High School.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for a grant of four hundred thousand dollars for restacking the fuel cell at South Windsor High School.
