| 35 | 35 | That sections 10-264l and 10-264o of the general statutes be amended to require a regional educational service center operating a preschool program at an interdistrict magnet school to notify the appropriate local or regional board of education of the enrollment of a student that such board would otherwise be responsible for not later than thirty days after the registration in such preschool program of such student. Further to require that failure to make such notification would prohibit such regional educational service center from charging tuition for such student to such board of education. | |
