45	45	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

47	47	That sections 10-264l and 10-264o of the general statutes be amended to repeal the requirement that local and regional boards of education be responsible for paying any tuition charged for students enrolled in a preschool program offered at an interdistrict magnet school or a charter school.
