2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to create a limited exception allowing first responders present at the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy to collect workers' compensation benefits if they are unable to perform their duties due to emotional distress or post-traumatic stress.
