AN ACT CONCERNING THE LIQUOR CONTROL ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal minimum pricing requirements and to permit package stores to sell snack foods.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal alcoholic liquor minimum pricing requirements and to permit package stores to sell snack foods.
