2121 AN ACT EXCLUDING VETERANS' DISABILITY COMPENSATION FROM PROPERTY ASSIGNMENT AND ALIMONY IN DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE PROCEEDINGS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That sections 46b-81 and 46b-82 of the general statutes be amended to provide that, in determining orders for alimony or property assignment in an action for marital dissolution, annulment or legal separation, the Superior Court shall exclude from consideration any amount of disability compensation received by either party from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
