25 | 25 | That sections 46b-81 and 46b-82 of the general statutes be amended to provide that, in determining orders for alimony or property assignment in an action for marital dissolution, annulment or legal separation, the Superior Court shall exclude from consideration any amount of disability compensation received by either party from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. | |
