AN ACT CONCERNING THE REMOVAL OF INFORMATION FROM STATE AGENCY INTERNET WEB SITES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2013) Any state agency may, in the discretion of the commissioner of such agency, remove press releases and other information from such state agency's Internet web site, provided the information or press release is no longer necessary to conduct agency business.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
