AN ACT INCREASING THE DRAM SHOP ACT MAXIMUM DAMAGES AMOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 30-102 of the general statutes be amended to increase the maximum damages amount available to injured persons under the Dram Shop Act.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the number of accidents and fatalities caused by intoxicated drivers.
