AN ACT REQUIRING PRESENTATION OF A STATE PISTOL OR REVOLVER PERMIT TO PURCHASE AMMUNITION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a person to present a valid, state-issued permit to carry a pistol or revolver in order to purchase ammunition.
Statement of Purpose:
To require presentation of a state pistol or revolver permit to purchase ammunition.
