AN ACT ELIMINATING THE EARNED RISK REDUCTION CREDIT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 18-98e of the general statutes be amended to cease the award of earned risk reduction credit for all inmates.
Statement of Purpose:
To cease the award of earned risk reduction credit for all inmates.
