AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTY FOR THREATENING WITH RESPECT TO A SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That part V of chapter 952 of the general statutes be amended to increase the penalty for any person who threatens to commit any crime of violence with respect to the premises of a public or private elementary or secondary school or the occupants of such school.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalty for any person who threatens to commit any crime of violence with respect to the premises of a public or private elementary or secondary school or the occupants of such school.
