AN ACT CONCERNING EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the statute of limitations for prosecution of any crime that constitutes exploitation of a minor, and redefine "serious physical injury" in section 53a-3 of the general statutes to include nonphysical coercion.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect children from exploitation.
