25 | 25 | That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to create a regional alternative high school in Bridgeport that will provide academic programs and behavioral and emotional support services to high school students who (1) have been involved in the juvenile justice system, (2) are behind in high school credits and are in danger of not graduating, or (3) are twenty-one years of age and have not yet graduated. | |
