AN ACT CONCERNING COLON HYDROTHERAPY SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2013) The Commissioner of Public Health shall, annually (1) obtain a list of colon hydrotherapists in the state that are certified by the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy and included in the board's registry, and (2) make such list available for public inspection.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To give the public notice of persons who are certified by the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy to provide colon hydrotherapy services.
