1224 AN ACT CONCERNING DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY-RELATED TECHNOLOGIES.

1426 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

16-Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2013) The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority shall initiate a docket to develop energy-related technologies. The authority shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such docket to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to technology on or before February 1, 2014.
