Statement of Purpose:

To ensure that the state reimbursement to Ledyard and Montville is based on values determined by the towns' most recent revaluations. Public act 12-1 of the June 12 special session added the land taken into trust by the Mashantucket Pequot and the Mohegan Sun Tribes to properties eligible for the state PILOT program under section 12-19a of the general statutes.
