(Effective July 1, 2013) The Board of Regents for Higher Education and the Board of Trustees for The University of Connecticut shall require each public institution of higher education to develop and implement a collaborative plan to assist in closing the achievement gap between minority students and the general student population. Not later than January 1, 2014, said boards shall report on such plan, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing | |
