2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 10-262h of the general statutes be repealed and that chapter 172 of the general statutes be amended to increase state aid under the education cost sharing formula to compensate towns for losses incurred as a result of being responsible for paying the tuition of students attending interdistrict magnet schools.
