AN ACT INCREASING SUBSIDIES UNDER THE SUBSIDIZED TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsidies to small businesses and small manufacturers under the Subsidized Training and Employment Program established by section 31-3pp of the general statutes be increased by $____, and that earned income tax credits allowed under section 12-704e of the 2014 supplement to the general statutes be reduced as necessary to offset said increased amount.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a revenue-neutral increase in incentives under the Subsidized Training and Employment Program.
