AN ACT CONCERNING THE HOTEL TAX ON BED AND BREAKFAST INNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the hotel tax on bed and breakfast lodging to six and thirty-five-hundredths per cent, effective July 1, 2014.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the hotel tax on bed and breakfast inns.
