2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

(NEW) (Effective from passage) Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, the sheltering of animals by a municipality following a severe weather event emergency shall be deemed a reimbursable expense for the purpose of distributing federal funds received in connection with such a severe weather emergency.
