AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR REMEDIATION AND REDEVELOPMENT OF BROWNFIELDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase funding for the remediation and redevelopment of brownfields in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore brownfields and encourage the development of new business in the state.
