AN ACT CONCERNING AWARENESS OF SAFE HAVEN LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to transfer $25,000 from lapsing funds within accounts of the Department of Children and Families to fund public service announcements in English and Spanish about Safe Haven Laws.
Statement of Purpose:
To transfer funds from lapsing accounts to create public service announcements for Safe Haven Law awareness.
