AN ACT REPEALING THE BUSINESS ENTITY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 213a of the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the business entity tax and create a more competitive environment for business in Connecticut.
