AN ACT REQUIRING FUNDING OF THE STATE'S PENSION OBLIGATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended by a vote of at least three-fifths of the members of both houses of the General Assembly to require that all unappropriated surplus be transferred to the State Employees Retirement Fund.
Statement of Purpose:
To fund the state's pension obligations.
