26 | 26 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

28 | 28 | Section 1. Subdivision (2) of subsection (b) of section 10-16q of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective July 1, 2014): | |

30 | 30 | (2) For the fiscal year ending June 30, [2009] 2015, and each fiscal year thereafter, the per child cost of the Department of Education school readiness program offered by a school readiness provider shall not exceed [eight thousand three hundred forty-six dollars] (A) nine thousand dollars for a full-day program, and (B) four thousand five hundred dollars for a part-day program. | |
