2424 AN ACT CONCERNING EDUCATION MANDATE RELIEF.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. Subsection (f) of section 4 of public act 13-108 is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage):

3030 (f) Not later than [October 1, 2013] July 1, 2014, the task force shall submit a report on its findings and recommendations, including specific statutory mandates that the task force recommends should be repealed, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to education, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes. The task force shall terminate on the date that it submits such report or [October 1, 2013] July 1, 2014, whichever is later.
