AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH'S RECOMMENDATION REGARDING WAIVER OF SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 19a-24 of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective October 1, 2014)

To implement the Department of Public Health's recommendation regarding waiver of its sovereign immunity.
