(NEW) (Effective July 1, 2014) (a) No treasurer of a federal account, as defined in section 9-601 of the general statutes, of a state party, shall make an expenditure that benefits a state central committee for the purposes of staff, office space or other permissible expenditure that exceeds fifty per cent of the total costs associated with such expenditure. | |
