AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF POWER TOOLS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF LAY EQUINE DENTISTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-197 of the general statutes be amended to authorize unlicensed persons performing veterinary dentistry to utilize power tools in the performance of such dentistry.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow lay equine dentists to use modern tools in the performance of their duties.
